Vendor Information
The Will McLean Foundation invites you to participate as a vendor at the 22nd annual Will McLean Music Festival. This Family Friendly event is held at the Sertoma Youth Ranch, Brooksville, Florida. The festival features continuous live music all day and into the night, amongst cozy campfire circles; also featured are some of the best art and craft people in Florida, a delicious variety of food, and served on the side is a whole lot of fun!
FESTIVAL HOURS: Noon - 11 PM Friday 10 AM- 11 PM Saturday 10AM – 6 PM Sunday FEES:
Festival Fees: Artists, Crafters, Demonstrators, Plant Sales, Other non-food vendors: $75.00 for each 12 ft x 12 ft space inclusive for four days. Paid by February 15th.
Food Vendors: 20% of the vendor’s gross receipts from sales. $75 deposit Paid by February 15th. Remainder due on Sunday March 13th. Proof of insurance is required.
Camping Fees: No hookup: $10/day Hookups: $20/day
ADMISSION/ TICKETS: Each accepted vendor receives two festival tickets; additional tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the gate.
GUIDELINES: Set-up starts on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Be ready for business by 10 AM Friday March 11th Minimum hours of operation 10AM-5PM Friday & Saturday, 10AM-4:30PM Sunday Disassemble after 4:30 PM Sunday March 13th Secure and pay for campsite upon arrival
